[Survival] Hopper Bug

In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Survival
Detailed description of bug: When we try to place a hopper it wont let us place it

Any ideas why?

Could you give a little more information about the hopper?

1. It could be block lag, try logging out and placing them afterwards.

2. Where are you trying to place it? Is it in your own territory?

3. Try restarting your game.

 

1. It's not block lag, it's happened to 3 of us.

2. It's in our territory, and I'm leader.

3. It's server side, it's happened to 3 of us as I said.

 

It may still be block lag, because I've had the same issue in survival except with breaking blocks instead of placing them. (Example: my faction mate tries to break wood block, but it keeps reappearing. I try the same thing and it still doesn't work.)
