My Problems with LGBT

Yes but I'm saying it's not good to stereotype and wasn't actually stereotyping. I was saying That the LGBT community is stereotyping if they call straight people evil because a small group of them have hated on them in the past.

Whatever, man. I was only sharing a video to shown how labels divide society which has a direct influence on the LGBT+ community.

Strait people are not evil, and were never evil. It's the orthodox people who are frowned upon. The people who say people go to hell for not being straight, believe that women must stay at home, and must be of the same religion as them are the ones who are being hated.

 

You should not judge Christians without any context. I am a Christian myself, and saying "hardcore Jesus-freaks" was not the politest thing to say. I should add that the nowhere in the Bible does it say any of those things.
More specifically, it does not say to hate not-straight people, and definately doesn't say that women are confined to staying home, etc.

 

I know, I am a semi-Christian too, and I've read the entire Bible. I'm saying that most of the people who say this do believe in these things that I stated, but it doesn't say those things in the Bible. The people that I am talking about are crazy orthodox, saying such things.

 

Muslims still kill people, but it still isn't okay to stereotype them.

Lol? Its a very small group. The amount of Straight people in westboro baptist church and who have committed hate crimes against gays are waaayyyy smaller than the amount of islamic terrorist in the world. Yet when people call muslims terrorist, you all start freaking out and say that "not all muslims are terrorist", and that it is "only a small amount."

We all stated our opinions and so have you. No one is wrong or right based on what they think.

 

I personally think it's stupid to think straight people are 'evil' or whatever just because some groups used to (and still do) very bad things to people who identify as LGBT.
That's an excuse for hating a group based on their sexuality.
Hating Germans for what the Nazis did is completely absurd, how is this any different?
You shouldn't judge ANYONE based on sexuality, race or nationality.

I am honestly sorry that they stereotype just due to religion. I lived in Turkey, which is filled to the brim with people of the Muslim faith. And that's fine. Less than .5% of Muslims are terrorist.

Some form of a group will get underrepresented no matter what you do, but it's always good to try and see what the other sides opinion is.
