Hello! I am making this just to talk about subjects that are on are on my mind as of right now, and I will be editing this later to talk about other things also :D. So let's get into the first topic, which will be... Music! I have covered this a little bit in the past on a different thread, and if you do care about what kind of music I like, the first half to this subject is here: http://itsjerryandharry.com/threads/german-folk-songs.88857/ But what I have never really talked about is my liking of rock music. No, I'm not talking about those songs where you cannot understand jack-shite of what they are saying. I am talking about the band called "Celldweller". Most, if not all of you, have not heard about this band, which dosent surprise me at all. The band is very unappreciated because a single guy makes all the music, and he has been doing it for years. So I am going to stop rambling and actually give you guys a few examples: These are my favorites, and I do not like all of the songs, but I enjoy a select few! This is only a few examples, but these are my favorites! Spoiler: ImMattShadows In-App-Purchases and Downloadable Content in Games. By the way, each subject shares no context with the other, so anyway, let's get on with it. I do not like either of these two things, not one bit, but I can see why they exist, especially for F2P games and iOS/Android Apps. The reason I'm talking about this is because this affects everyone who ever played a game before. While I do not disagree with it completely, I absolutely hate it when companies try and shove it down your throats, which unfortunately a lot of them do. It is even worse for AAA games and iOS/Andriod Apps. I do not know why I decided to talk about this, but it has been bugging me quite a bit, so I wanted to make a mini-'rant' about it. Moving on... Spoiler: ItzJWD Opinions: It is pretty obvious, me, and a entire planet full of people absolutely love stating their opinions and their thoughts. That is what makes us human. Anyway, opinions can be negative, and positive depending on your opinion. It's very complex and confusing, but I love to hear people's opinions on certain topics whether negative or positive, as I am stating my opinion on this as well, and so are you. Did I confuse you? Yeah, I confused myself as well. I don't care, I just wanted to talk about this briefly. Battlefield '1': RIP COD. Anyway :p this is game which I have been exited about for the last few days, mainly because I am a history buff, and I love talking about the world wars. It is nice to see a game like this comin out, and I plan to buy it. It is funny because you can already see which game is going to be better just based on their trailers. I hope DICE is able to pull it off with this, and if it does, damn, I'm first in line! ...More coming soon! Feel free to add to these topics, or suggest something I should talk about! If you talk about these topics, I will include your opinion in the main thread, (In a spoiler of course)
I've heard of Celldweller before, but I haven't listened to his work yet. The reason why they and other bands are underrated is because more famous bands overshadow them, usually the bands from the 80s and 90s, like Van Halen, AC/DC etc.
Switchback is probably my favorite of those four songs. As for the bands I've been listening to, one of my favorites right now is Animals as Leaders. a metal band that is entirely insturmental, and they have some really good work, most of it being very technical, Here's a few songs.
Going on what you said about In-game/In-App purchases, I personally have a love/hate relationship with them. I don't often purchase what's offered. Most of the time, it's because it's not worth it. Paying 20 dollars for something that should really only cost 5-10 dollars is something that really irks me. However, there are some purchases that are definitely worth it. I have spent about a total of 75 dollars in VC (Virtual Currency) on a game I play a lot, NBA 2K. I've also spent about 20 dollars for Madden Cash on Madden Mobile, which I then proceeded to blow it all on pro packs. Gg me. I also love it when the have sales. That can be really useful.
YOU'LL COWARDS DON'T EVEN LISTEN TO SCANDROID. Okay, jokes aside, Scandroid is Klayton's synthpop sideproject. Enjoy.
