    You're right. However, you fail to mention how what Caitlyn did also saved lives. It may be indirect but same result.
    People like Caitlyn around the globe were feeling attacked and depressed due to the constant intolerance of society. When Caitlyn made her action public, she gave people faith to live their lives in that gunfire of homophobia. So many people are driven to severe depression from the isolation intolerance brings, so while a solider's act is braver and bigger, you can't forget the lives saved by Caitlyn.

    I don't agree with your tldr. It's quite rude. Just because you're angry, doesn't mean Morcov should change his thinking. You're not the almighty God that he needs to appease. So respectfully, stop acting like one.

    I'm not against transgenders, but I'm against Caitlyn.

    She called her youngest daughters a 'distraction' and dissed kris jenner, saying that she apparently 'mistreated him' but a lot of people say otherwise.

    Im going to take the middle ground here and piss off both sides, joy.
    I can agree with about 95% of what you said, and to a T. Chirstans can be very closed minded to other people's beliefs, and very judgemental, despite that we should be the oppisite. And I think that caitlyn Jenner has, and will do alot of good for the transgender community. And you're right it should not matter what your gender identity, sexual orientation, ect is.
    However ignorance is a two way street.
    WRONG.
    Your aunt had every right to post that on HER facebook, there is nothing wrong with that. Just like you have a right to post your opinion.

    Hero and bravery is subjective. We can have many kinds of heros. Caitlyn Jenner might be a hero to the kid that's to afraid to tell his parrents that he is transgender, or the kid that feels like his voice does not matter. And what Caitlyn did was brave, to her situation.
    Caitlyn Jenner being a hero does not discredit a soldier act in any way, and Joseph never said she did.
    However...
    So the irony here is that we are discussing ignorance but you have no problem saying that.
    See I know people that went to Kuwait, and Iraq. One of my mom's employess lost her husband to a helicopter crash in Afghanistan. The thing about a soldier is that most of the time there actions go unoticed, and if they were noticed I dont think you would be saying that. Just remeber if it was not for that solider, Caitlyn Jenner would not be able to come out as transgender.
    This is the two way street im talking about. The LGBT+ community wants to be treated equally, awesome, they have every right to want that.
    However saying things like you said makes you as ignorant and insensitive as the person who does not like gender neutral bathrooms.

    I am so sick of this, lol. Both the way people act towards the 100 different sexualities I have read about since I joined this virtual community and the way they are so oversensitive about being labeled or not being accepted. So, you don't want to be labeled, yet you want different bathrooms and you get mad when people call you her/him instead of they, ask you if you're even a boy or whatever?

    It doesn't help the guy in the video has a thick southern accent too.

    I really like staying out of this kind of stuff and just treating everyone the same, because everyone deserves the same. Our gender and/or sexual preference does not define us, but rather, our unique personalities. People need to start seeing it that way, rather than "who has the biggest sexual parts" and "if they're not straight and stick to their biological gender f them!!!"

    It's not that trans people want different bathrooms, trans people just want to use the restroom that they feel comfortable in. There's this fancy, super difficult term called misgendering. Well, misgendering happens to everyone you say?! It's different for trans people. Not every trans person reacts different. When misgendered it's sometimes the worst feeling in the world even when it's an accident. A lot of people like to misgender others on purpose which is cruel. It could trigger someone's dysphoria. A lot of trans teens are diagnosed with depression and anxiety because of the mental/emotional stress they receive everyday and it causes that. From personal experience, I am misgendered almost every second of everyday and it sucks. I want to be seen as who I am and not of someone who I am not.

    Well, I can imagine there are a lot of people who don't know which gender someone is. Including me, I wouldn't know either. What should we do? Ignore you? Ask you: 'What's your gender, I am trying not to make any mistakes while addressing you?'?

    There's nothing wrong with asking someone to be certain. As long as it's not a form of mockery then I don't see a problem with it.

    Restrooms were build not for gender, but for the individuals genitals. Men's restrooms were built to be used by males with penises. And vice versa with women's restrooms. Maybe before the 80s or 90s, they were built for genders but then people started to become transgender because of advancing medical technology. If you are a man and dress up as a woman and say "I identify as a woman!", that does not mean you can use the women's restroom, and vice versa for women.

    Penis=Men's Restroom
    Vagina=Women's Restroom

    To be honest, it's not that hard...
