powerless by matthew cody (ive read this one about 5 times so far and i just love it)
between shades of grey by ruta sepetys (not about sex, its about the holocaust)
hunger games series
maze runner series (except the 4th one, it really confused me and i never finished reading it)
prisoner b-3087 by alan gratz (another book about the holocaust. the ending is amazing.)
the giver by lois lowry

 

Gathering Blue by Lois Lowry

 

My favorite would have to be The Giver by Lois Lowry. Very powerful book.

I also like the books that accompany it, such as Messenger and Gathering Blue.

I'm also in the process of reading the Heroes of Olympus and Percy Jackson series. Those are really good.

 

Harry Potter Is my favorite for sure.
