Good morning, evening, afternoon or good night! Despite minor frustrations (and minor is all they can be), this server has repeatedly proven to have the most active and attentive staff. I can't emphasize enough how much I, personally, appreciate this. You respond to concerns quickly, act professionally (most of you anyway ;D), and very swiftly handle reports via the forums. this is really sweet, especially since staff are given hate regularly. they do their jobs to the best of their ability even without any renumeration, so they definitely deserve recognition for that. the team has progressed well (in comparison to a few months ago) as far as i see/heard c:
Yep, the staff work very hard. The people that say they are lazy are mainly the ones who complain about everything, or are immature.
Or, can't acquire proof to validate their accusations. A semi-intelligent (or smarter) cheater often requires player-attention to catch and report and a lot of players don't understand or don't have the ability to produce this. This is no fault of the staff but they will ultimately take the fall.

All of what you said is true, and very well said. So many people these days are insulting/embarrassing/hating on staff, when they don't even know the half of what they do behind the scenes. All Staff Members work their hardest to keep this server in top notch, and I know a lot of people including me appreciate you saying this.

Thank you for the appreciation of what we do! Even when we get a lot of hate, appreciation will make it a lot better. It does make us feel a lot more comfortable with our job and motivates us to continue doing this. :)
