We are a company that make shops that sell banners, heads, and even make, and edit skins for you.
We are hiring staff, so please take notice of the rules, notes, and tips.

Only Main Owners may accept and deny applications. Others may give suggestions, and tips.
Do not bug staff and ask if you got accepted. That will lead to you being denied.

We have a staff application board at every shop that you may apply at, but Edit Inc. staff suggest to apply on here, as we find it more professional, and neater to read.

I really don't agree with this age limit thing. It should be based on their maturity.
And no, I am not complaining because I am 12 and not 13. I would be 16 years old and still say the same thing.

3. Building Skills [1-10] I believe that my building skills are about a 7. I am not a amazing builder.
4. Design Skills [1-10] I believe that my design skills are about a 7. I like to design, but I am not very good.
5. Are you good at making, or editing skins? Rate yourself. I haven't really tried to edit skins. But I imagine that I would be pretty good at it.
6. Are you good at working with others? I believe that I work better when I work with others. When I'm by myself I get lonely. (lol ik)
7. Do you like to take over projects? I don't typically like to take over projects. But I probably could do it, if I had too.
8. Do you have a rank? If so, what rank? I currently have a VIP rank.
9. Do you tend to swear a lot, use slangs or abbreviations? I never swear. I don't believe that there is a reason to do it. I sometimes use abbreviations, because it tends to make typing faster.
10. When working at a serious shop/company, do you dedicate yourself to it? Yes, I always dedicate myself to my job. I would love to keep my job so I try very hard to do my best and to please the owners.
11. Previous experiences as staff (eg. headshop, banner shop, etc). I once had a headshop. But Someone grieved it, so I cleared it.
12. What makes you a worthwhile staff member? I am a worthwhile helper because I love to help people! For me, helping is a hobby. I will never deny a customer. I will try my best to be the best employee I could possibly be!
13. Griefing experiences. I never grief. I am usually the victim. The only time I ever grief I when I am allowed to. Like in Hardcore Factions.

I can understand why you think that- but we have an Age Limit, because we don't want people like, 11 year old's not being able to use correct grammar, and etc. Thank you for bringing that up.

 

I understand. But the thing is, it's totally unfair for people who are young but very mature.

3. Building Skills [1-10]: 7. I consider myself a good builder, but if I ever build something, I will need ideas. If I have no ideas? No progress gets done.
4. Design Skills [1-10]: 8-9? I really like to design, which makes me good at designing. In Minecraft. In real life, I'm good at making designs, but not digital art, etc.
5. Are you good at making, or editing skins? Rate yourself: Rate myself? Well... I make skins, usually I'm happy with how they turn out. I make them on MNCS (MinersNeedCoolShoes). I give myself 6/10?
6. Are you good at working with others?: Yeah! In real life, I usually prefer to work alone, but online, I get a lot done working with others.
7. Do you like to take over projects?: Usually, I don't take over projects. But, If it's needed, I will do whatever I can.
8. Do you have a rank? If so, what rank?: I have bought [Donator], but wanted /headgrabber, so I got [VIP].
9. Do you tend to swear a lot, use slangs or abbreviations?: Usually, if it's serious or I just feel like it, I tend to use proper grammar. I do not swear whatsoever, and do not ever plan to. If I'm with a really good friend, 'i'll chat like this', unless I can't.
10. When working at a serious shop/company, do you dedicate yourself to it?: I will do whatever I can to make sure it's running, and won't be ruined.
11. Previous experiences as staff (eg. headshop, banner shop, etc): I have a headshop, and bannershop, at my City plot in Creative 1. I have worked at lots of headshops, though. I have also had a firework shop and an airport.
12. What makes you a worthwhile staff member?: I think I am responsible and mature enough to handle the 'job', and I hope to get accepted. As stated above, I have had a lot of experience. (:
13. Griefing experiences: I know, a lot of people say this, and it seems like they're lying, but no, I have not griefed, don't plan to, and have gotten griefed before a few times.

2. Age: 12, I recently complained about the age limit. But I am still applying because I really enjoy building and designing. If this application is not accepted because of my age, I won't blame and bother you anymore. But hopefully you will accept me from who I am and not my age.
3. Building Skills [1-10]: I am going to rate myself around an 8. I have been building for other communities such as servers, creative plots, etc. But yes, I highly enjoy building.
4. Design Skills [1-10]: 8.5. Basically the same reasons as building.
5. Are you good at making, or editing skins? Rate yourself: This is the part I knew I will have trouble with but I am going to say I am average. Rating myself a 6/10.
6. Are you good at working with others? Well it depends on what person I am working with. If I work with a player that is not experienced with building, it will be a struggle because the player won't do the design I was planning on or make it better. But if I work with a player who has more experience towards building, I think it will work out perfectly fine.
7. Do you like to take over projects?: If you are talking about working on projects by myself, it depends on what is the project. For example, if the mission is to make a huge spawn that is well designed, I like to work with friends. But if it is a project to just make pixel art or make a statue or something, I could work on my own.
8. Do you have a rank? If so, what rank?: I have bought multiple ranks. Here is my list:

For example, if someone is doing something completely wrong and sometimes I say "dude, wtf." But that is it. When it comes to slangs or abbreviations, I don't think so.
10. When working at a serious shop/company, do you dedicate yourself to it?: I dedicate myself serious because I don't like receiving complaints about my mistakes that I did. I feel bad and try my best to fix it as soon as possible.
11. Previous experiences as staff (eg. headshop, banner shop, etc).: I usually design the shop that the owner wants. Most likely it happens on creative.
12. What makes you a worthwhile staff member?: I personally think I am responsible for the actions that I do and could handle fights towards designing or something. I also have good ideas that I can provide to the team.
13. Griefing experiences.: My previous experience of Griefing was on xbox. But later on I realized that it was a horrible mistake and I feel bad hurting other peoples creations that they worked hard on. I also got griefed on my server previously and it is not a good feeling.

3. Building Skills [1-10]: 8/9. I made a giant squid, like Kraken. It was a good building. I made it all by myself without help except a boat that my friend did.
So I consider myself a good builder, but I'm not a builder of excellence so it depends on what you want me to do. Despite being a bit silly sometimes, when I focus on something that I want to do, like a building, for example, I work hard and I try to do it as perfect as possible.
4. Design Skills [1-10]: 5/6. You know what they say about being a great builder but not that good at designing? No? Me neither, but that's me. xD
Basically I can do things right, but I'm a bit disorganised..
5. Are you good at making, or editing skins? Rate yourself: I made all of my skins all the time, and I like them.. so I rate myself like 7/8, I think.
6. Are you good at working with others?: Always. I'm very good when working as a team.. When I do things by myself, they are good (sometimes bad, of course) but when I work with others, it's like mixing all our talents in one, like making the perfect combination.
Do you like to take over projects?: Most of the time when I'm in leadership of something I try to make everyone do their best and work as right as possible, and I'm always trying to make them not give up. So, basically when I take over projects, all the team will be the "leader" and we will work as right as possible.
8. Do you have a rank? If so, what rank?: Yes, I have a rank. My friend bought it for me, he bought me: [Legend]. (Special thanks to @OlleSwedish )
9. Do you tend to swear a lot, use slangs or abbreviations?: I don't swear a lot, unless I am playing around my friends or I am extremely mad (which is kind of hard). Slangs/Abbreviations? Sometimes. I use them from time to time when the lazyness becomes higher than the patience. :P
10. When working at a serious shop/company, do you dedicate yourself to it?: As I said before, when I dedicate myself to something I try to do it as right as possible, always working and focusing hard on what I'm doing.
11. Previous experiences as staff (eg. headshop, banner shop, etc): I have been staff on a countless number of things: I've been staff on some friends' servers, I've been Staff on my own server, I've been Staff on some headshops and banner shops, I've been staff on Roleplays and minigames, etc..
12. What makes you a worthwhile staff member?: I'm going to be honest here. I'm not the best staff member you will get. Despite working well and being nice, I am kind of immature sometimes, which can lead me to some problems, sometimes. Although I'm immature sometimes, I'm a very kind person and I respect everyone, no matter what (Yes, even people that hate me).
So, I don't think I'm better than others or others are better than me, everyone has
their own talents and defects, but I think mine fit well on this type of job.
13. Griefing experiences: Here's the truth: I have griefed my own plots, when I was bored, but the most serious grief I've ever done was like some days ago.. A random person added me to my plot and I griefed it for a Troll. I felt bad for it, since they have worked hard on it and I felt really sorry for what I've done to them, but the next day I tried to help them and I tried to undo what I've done.
That was the only griefing I've ever done in my life and today I'm still sad for my mistake, even though I've undone it after.
But I will never grief, and as people say "we learn with our mistakes".
14. Any additional information: First of all, I want to say Thank you for your patience at reading this. It took me a lot of time and effort to do this application and the act of reading it makes me feel happy.
Besides that, I want to apologise for any miswritten grammar or word I said or any fails at punctuation. Since I'm not natively English, I may have failed on something, so I'm open for any Tips or Opinions that anyone wants to give me.

It's legit, if you have a problem with us, go complain to Staff.

And it's not to build the server, it's just to build other things for PEOPLE.
