UHC Bug?

    Description: As seen in the screenshots, a Non-Rank made their way to UHC. Now, what I know is that UHC is still whitelisted only to ranks and staff members. I can't explain how, and why this person is here. The screenshots are unedited.

    I saw, and right after I made this post, @Zackery helped clear the non rank issue up.
