Also, please state why.
First one Reason: Up-to-date graphics card, more CPU power, also has more of a stylish case. And EVGA's power supplies are pretty fancy and last a very long time.
worth mentioning that the second one has an ssd. if you're getting a new PC, may as well add an ssd for the boot drive.
