Foods and nutrition Culminating

So, I in school I had to make food for my culminating. A culminating is a final project in a class, before the exams. My group and I made what is called a Spinich and Artichoke Stuffed Garlic Bread.

We had to make a visual presentation as well, and I had to dress up for it too.

This is what the food looks like (before we devoured it.)

hahaha, I'm minimizing my calorie/kilojoule intake because my portion sizes are out of whack oops. Not sure if that's quite a diet or not but I'll roll with it c:

 

Idk how old you are, nor is it really my business to know.. But you should only be dieting once you hit around the age of 18. The reason it should be age 18, is because females are normally fully developed by that age, and you wont end up ruining or damaging some hormones. But it's entirely up to you if you wanted to diet.
