Minecraft Something wrong with forge

Every time I add a new mod to my mods folder, forge is telling me this:
How do I get the mod/s to work?

 

Whatever bspkrsCore is, I think you need to update it.

 

It does the same with with other mods not with bspkrsCore :/

 

what mods are you using, as some of them are broken for newers updates.

 

i'm just using Optifine, Armor status and Potion status mods and the Optifine one works fine but the others both wont work for some reason

 

ah, it should say what recomented forge needed when you downloaded the mods, if they are all diffrent, then do one that is near all of them but it must be over.

yeah, I delete all mods folder and profiles when I done it once.
