Other Games CarrotO's Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Review

I'll just get something out of the way. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is not a bad game. The community, on the other hand... oh boy, that's horror movie material. Yes, it's a generic tough guy military shooter, but it's still fun in some ways. Unlike Battlefront, where the criticism directed towards it was legitimate and fair, most of the criticism directed towards this game centers around the fact that it's a Call of Duty game. However, looking at it objectively, the graphics aren't awful, but like Battlefront, they're distinctly average.

In my opinion, the gameplay is alright, and the fact that the campaign is actually kind of enjoyable definitely earns it some points in my book.

Overall, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is an okay game with some flaws, but most of those flaws can be rectified if you take the community out of the equation.

 

I enjoy the game a lot, but I hate it when people's emblems are genital and naked ladies. My Ps4 is in the family room, and I try to avoid my brothers and parents from seeing emblems -_- but yes I do agree with everything else.

Most shooter communities are pure cringe, and just total shit in skill. In BO3 Multiplayer, I just go ham with a Haymaker12 or an ICR-1. In Zombies I usually do multiplayer, but everyone in the lobbies I go in don't do shit, so I end up getting double the kills, double the headshots, and double the revives. I also open 99% of the doors. I think in one match, I opened all the pathways but one, where one kid was bothered to open it, just to use a mystery box(This kid had like, 8000 points, and I only had 2000). Overall we only got to round 15 cuz someone left and the other 2 people were total shit. I basically carried us through rounds 12-15 with the wonderwaffe and the Man-O-War(Man-O-War is shit in Zombies, use the Kn-44, great wall-weap).

But yeah, BO3 is an awesome game, I like how they started adding some personality to the multiplayer classes, but they could do a bit better. Zombies is also really pleasing too. I don't really play that city map, I prefer the good old school zombies map :P

 

Completely agree with WAW being one of the best CODs. I loved all the CODs that came before MW2.
