Skyblock 1 Spawners aren't working

Spawners aren't spawning correctly

In Skyblock 1, I made a cow farm with 16 Spawners... There was one side with 8, and the other side with 8 as well. They were both built and structured EXACTY the same. The problem was that half the spawners were working and spawning, but the other half weren't. The island was set to 1 biome (plains) in which cows do spawn in. There was grass, and everything. But, only have the spawners were working. 4 Helpers were at my island for a couple island trying to solve the issue, but it was a bug that couldn't really be fixed by them. I changed the Spawners to pigs, didn't work. Changed them to every other animal and mob, didn't work. So, what i just did a few seconds ago, was I destroyed all of the spawners I bought and replaced them in the EXACT same spot, and it started working. I used 16 Spawners, and 8 of them didn't work. I had to waste them all, and the Helpers are telling me they can't replace them, even if the problem wasn't my fault. I'm hoping I can get some sort of refund, in-game value, or just my spawners back to me for this unfortunate event. It really bugs me how I had to pay for something that wasn't my fault, and I can't even get them back. If you could somehow help in some sort of way, that would be great. Anyways, please look into this bug, as it is VERY annoying and it will cause a lot more issues if other people are having this bug too. thank you. Please contact me if you have any questions.
