    Bad, but salvageable. Gut the CPU and GPU (motherboard too if it doesn't fit better ones), install better cooling, and slap a new monitor on it. For the ambiance being too bright, cut the light's power.

    He does that it's fine. Although modifications like that are probably worth more than the computer itself though.
