I liked the bokeh one the most myself. :)

 

You might need to Install Optifine alongside shaders.

Wow! This is amazing! What tool do you use to make these?

 

I used Shaders 1.8.
Shader pack: SEUS Ultra DOF
Make sure you have DOF because that's what makes the blur. (Depth of Field)
