You may have heard about "The Transfer" from our hands to their hands. Well, it's back to being in our hands. When I signed a contract with the DMN to transfer ownership of the "ItsJerryAndHarry Community News", I thought everything would be much better, but sadly, "The Transfer" didn't go as planned. So, I decided to repeal the contract.

There are three reasons why I decided to repeal the contract.

• I wasn't satisfied with the way they were handling this transfer.
• I was starting to get annoyed by what they were doing with the news.
• The ItsJerryAndHarry rules and the ItsJ+H detailed rules do not allow links to other forums that do not follow the link guidelines. This would be a HUGE problem.

The DMN has offered me to help build Minecraft maps with them. I have accepted the deal but with no contract. This new deal that I have accepted will not have anything to do with the "ItsJerryAndHarry Community News" so don't worry about it. I just felt like mentioning it.

The DMN has apologized for letting us down, so please take it easy on them.

I am not going to mention anything else because some of those things would hurt the feelings of others and would break the ItsJerryAndHarry rules.

Thank you for understanding this situation. I am very sorry that I made a misconception about the DMN!

Yeah, sadly it goes against the ItsJ+H rules. That's why the recent news thread was removed. I don't want that to happen again.

Why was there a contract in the first place?

 

With the contract, we had our own webpage and other small advantages. We decided it wasn't worth it though.

I don't know why so much stress has suddenly started occurring with these harmless threads. All they are is basically advertisements of threads, not trying to offend you btw.

 

The document stated that the DMN had partial authority over it until a month has passed. Before a full 30 days has passed, I would be allowed to repeal the contract and return the ownership to me. However, after that period of time is up, the contract would be locked in for 6 months, meaning that if I wish to repeal the contract, my repeal would be rejected. The only way I would get out of the contract now, is if I waited 6 months. After that, the DMN would ask me if I wish to cancel the contract or renew it. Also, after that period of time, the DMN would have full ownership over the news, and I wouldn't be able to do a thing about it.

I cannot explain why their threads look similar to ItsJerryAndHarry's threads. That's their problem.

I have been working out an agreement with the DMN and might, someday, be able to have full ownership over everything that they own, including the website. I have been with them for a long time and I have also been a staff member with them for a long time. I might be able to get permission from them to change all of the threads on their forums. They told me to post those threads on their forums. I was just doing my job but I did not realize they were stealing from ItsJerryAndHarry until now. I will try to argue that one out with them.
