Donation Bug?

    Well, I recently donated and bought VIP (same price as Donator), I bought it but I received donator instead of vip? PM me if you would like my receipt.

    I bought it like 20 mins ago. Also, in-game it's still Donator, not VIP D:

    I've sent an email to info@itsjerryandharry and i've edited it and added the bottom picture of the details.

    Since you said you received donator, I'm guessing that you didn't have it before... Ok, so off that I'm going to tell you this.

    Donator is NOT the same price as VIP. VIP is $10 more and since it says $7.50 that means that even with the discount you could not have gotten VIP and you would've gotten Donator. With the discount on VIP it would've been I think $18.00 or something.
    So there's no way you could've gotten VIP.

    I'm not saying you did, but there is a possibility that you are trying to scam them by changing Donator to VIP using firebug on the thing you donated for. That's my thing behind it, because VIP is not the same price as Donator.

    Completely Agree with this, it would be like $17.50 if you were buying VIP. It sounds like you're scamming.

    Read correctly before you accuse someone of scamming. He had Donator, which is $10, before donating. If you already have a rank, it takes the amount of your current rank off, $20 - $10 = $10. Added on with the 25% off, $10(.75) = 7.5, or $7.50

    Anyways, if it still has yet to come in Nick, I suggest waiting for J&H to read your email and assess your situation :)

    He clearly stated that he received donator instead of VIP when he tried buying VIP, I guess and he only bought $7.50 worth of it which is the donator price, not the VIP price.

    If you didn't understand: He stated he RECEIVED donator, and not VIP. He didn't say he already had donator. He basically said he just got donator instead of VIP.

    Donator rank = $10.
    VIP rank = $20.

    Our system automatically deducts the value of your current rank off of all higher ranks. We do this so you can upgrade your rank without paying more than necessary.

    Since you have the Donator rank, the VIP rank and all higher ranks become $10 cheaper, which is the value of the Donator rank. Therefore, VIP rank goes from $20 to $10. Same goes for Legend rank: From $50 to $40, etc.

    Hope that clears up the confusion.
