Chest Shops don't Work...

Detailed description of bug:

Heylo.

as you can see from the title chest shops don't work and it kinda bugs me. I've been trying to figure out why, but I think it relates to the plugins you use. It works for some people, but my friend and I have no idea why our shops aren't working. I put my name on the top row, the quantity on the next, on the third I put "B15" and on the bottom I put Wood or any other name of an object. To get the object name I hold the item and type /iteminfo. Once, my shop worked, but when I sold out I put more of the item into the chest and it said out of stock. then, I broke the sign and re-made it and it didn't work. Please Jerry or Harry, or anyone else, try to fix this. I know that the chest shop didn't work because my friends couldn't buy from it and it didn't say shop successful.​

try typing the item code on the last slot, /iteminfo with the item in hand.

 

Doesn't work with the word 'Wood'

That worked for me but from a long time ago like 1/2 years and it didn't work for
