I am going to Vietnam

Hey J&H community!

So tomorrow 27th of November, I am going away until the 1st of January to meet my family up in Vietnam. It's been 4 years since I have been there and my mum and dad are planing to go up there. I really want to stay and play with you guys celebrating Christmas and remembering the old Christmas watching Youtube videos and playing with an old friend I met near Christmas on Skype. But don't worry, I will come back when time gets there.

I will be coming back with lots of photo's to share with you guys if I get the chance to.

watch out for the flies and mosquitoes the lil shits are everywhere over there
also if you're in the car/taxi/whatever to your house in vietnam, roll down the windows and point the fingers crossed sign at everyone, over there it means a word that starts with c and is generally rude

Day 1: Plane Trip

It's been so long. About 10 hours last night. I'm going to be writing this by phone and also talking about my time up here in Vietnam so far.

We got to the airport and put out stuff to security. We had to open some up because they restricted us by law to take batteries and such out. That was a pain. We got on the plane and it was about a 5 hour ride. Dam I got to watch movies and play games infront of the seat. I can't remember where we landed but time zones got stuffed up.

We took another plane but this time straight to Ho Chi Min City Vietnam. When I got out of the airport, the temperature was from about 15 degrees to a whopping about 25. The air was bad but you know I am Asian so I can deal with it. I met my family again and it was such a great feeling.

They said it would be an hour ride home. They lied :p it was about 2 hours and 30 minutes. We got home and omg my mums house changed so much! Still really hot, I took a shower and went to bed.

Sorry for being slobby, I am on phone and I'm trying to improve and try to add more photos but it dosnt work right now. I will keep updating this thread.

If you think 2 & 1/2 hours is bad, it takes 6 bloody hours to get to my grandpa's house in Vietnam ffs

Day 2: New beginning

I woke up confident today to use more Vietnamese dialogue. I had pho which is a Vietnamese traditional food for bloody breakfast! Woah man, where's The healthy stuff? After that I was playing a bit of iPad. I talked to my cousins and stuff about games. I tried to use as much Vietnamese as possible. Still days are hot and we were watching Doramon in Vietnamese. Still so humid.

I also forgot to mention rating is really different to how you guys eat. We all eat on the ground. Have plates of different types of food on the ground. Small bowls and rice. It was so nice.

At night was even more humid, I went to church on a Saturday yes it was Saturday and I was going to church because you can. It was so different! Females on the left and Males on the right. Fans were EVERYWHERE. On the side of the walls even behind Te priest!! It was like he was the medic from TF2.

today is day 3 and I am doing stories a day late. Also again with sloppiness. I wanna relax and forget about J&H but I can't.
