So in my travels to India, I learnt about the shape of the government there (really bad). A driver told me this joke while we were talking about India's political state: So back when Bill Clinton was the President of US, India's Prime Minister visited the U.S. to meet with Clinton. The PM notices a large bridge and is amazed at its state. He asks the President, "How did you build such a grand bridge?" The President replied "Well, the bridge is profitable and 10% of the funds for that bridge actually went to my pocket". The PM was amazed at the reply, especially how Clinton could grab some of the funds for that bridge for personal use. When he returned to India, he notices how badly planned everything was, and the poor condition they were in. He asks a local minister "Why is everything built in India in such a bad way?" The minister replied "Do you see that dam?" The PM looks around, searching for a dam, but sees none. "What dam?" He asks. The Minister replied "100% in my pocket."
