People can go on different accounts like "SkythekidRS" And other youtubers and can easily impersonate.
Short answer: no. Long answer: cracked servers are horribly insecure, as anyone can log in with any name. Punishing a player is next to impossible because they can just change their name (not Mojang name changes, cracked client name changes) and the punishment is gone. In addition to this, converting from a premium server to a cracked server (and vice versa) is nearly impossible after Mojang added UUIDs. Minecraft is $26.95 (USD) and Christmas is only a month away; perhaps ask for it for Christmas.
If you're really desperate, you could also go on your phone and use something like CashForApps (I'm not a sponsor) or swagbucks and then buy minecraft from the points you earn.
CashForApps isn't a scam at all. It just adds credits and increases your amount of coins until you reach a specific amount of money. Then you are able to retrieve that card. It's not a scam at all, it works, but is shady.
