Regarding the Blab the Fish thing, it was originally a rather comedic concept, but it turned into sci-fi hell, to say the least.
Lots of plot, and horrific and outrageous humor, to say the least.

I was Teq, the "seafox", which turned into an inside joke, then, there was Blyb, and it went downhill from there.

 

"Blyb" definitely ruined everything, when she couldn't bother to do so much as to talk to me.
...I guess she was busy making her cliche roleplays.

As for the AMA, I have mixed opinions on the community. Yes, there are rude people, but for the most part I think the community is very accepting and nice.
