How about no because staffs who don't get tagged as often might feel inadequate to senior staffs?

I get this thread is supposed to be a positive appreciation for staffs but voting for the "best" one isn't necessarily the nicest way to do it.

Every single staff member who has ever been a part of the team is appreciated and hard working and on the staff team for a good reason.

I won't tag any staff members because I'm lazy.
