I love these changes. I always thought of writing a suggestion to make the report abuse section private (stupid me I'm too shy to make suggestions xD). I also think that making the staff applications private is a good idea since good canidates can be best reconized by staff itself.

You can still report but others cant see it due to all these reasons shown below if you didn't see them until now :3

Some people are smart and they use the way back machine to go back to the other forum where you can see other staff applications itself without them being only view able to staff

True, but at least the clutter is gone and the applications would be a product of one's true work and not a patchwork of many people's ideas and suggestions. Even if someone did that, all advice made before this is irrelevant to what the administration wants now.

 

It does bother me having to redo my application, however I will have more confidence as I will only be getting feedback from the best.
I appreciate the changes, especially in reports.
