Connor, you're the render expert: Are there any cheap or free alternative render programs? I really want to start rendering :C

 

Blender is free but really limits you.
For basic things it is fine though.

 

it dosent realy limit u it can make just as good as c4d its just about whether you can use it or not

 

What I meant was there isn't as many tools such as scenery, advanced lighting, sky materials, etc.

Well, actually, I got Cinema 4D for free. I know pirating isn't the best thing to do, but it's hecka expensive. So just find a torrent. Just for the record, you're gonna need Cinema 4D Studio, don't download Broadcast or something else, for renders/animations, you're gonna need STUDIO.

The render I made above was made using Broadcast, because I didn't know which to use at the time. I couldn't use most rig features such as mouth movement and so on.

 

I Do GFX To we Could do a Duel sometime :)
