Quite frankly, this is the best decision ever made.

Now, copying is non-existant. Fights don't start, and everyone can have a good opinion about an application; theirs. There's no drama or effect on others not wanting to apply because of other, more successful appliers. While the downside is less reviews, and people braggin about how many staff members clicked the 'like' button on their staff app, that shouldn't matter too much.

Basically eliminates the annoying ratings that people put on staff apps, among other things. A lot of the staff app suggestions put out before this measure are now accounted for.

Let's not forget the report changes and the benefits that come with.

I like what you guys did, but I wish we could still see accepted applications.
If someone gets accepted, how will we know? Will it still notify us like it normally does?

Maybe I am just confused, but if you could clarify this for me, that would be great.
