So, every Monday I go to a group with some other girls my age, and we go on a hike every time. Lately it's been getting cold outside here, so I've been wearing a jacket. But the problem is, when I take it off my shirt sticks to my back and my hair gets frizzy because of the static from the jacket. Any tips on how to keep that from happening without getting a different jacket or leaving it on?

Tie your hair back. That's all I can think of right now.

Just don't go hiking or get a new jacket or don't wear a skirt

Wear a sweater or tie your hair back into a ponytail or braid (French).

My hair is too short to tie back, and the static is on my back as well. The reason it gets on my hair is because the collar is really high.
I don't wear many skirts, we all go hiking, I can't really sit out, and I asked not to suggest a new jacket.
