I'm Herobrine, and I only have 1 plot in creative 1, 2, and 3!

What happens is, I have Herobrine rank, and I only have 1 plot in each creative world. I don't think this is fair, because in the Herobrine rank description, it said that i get 3 extra creative plots! I only have 1. I'm trying to buy more plot, and guess what? It blocks my purchase. So, I am making this report, because I'm kind of annoyed at this, and I play pretty much only creative in your server(sorry) and I think that my money kind of went to waste a bit. Not a lot, but a bit. I have been playing on this server for about 3 years, and I got my hero brine about 2 1/2 years ago. Maybe that's the problem, but I just want my plots. here is my proof:
