A Few Options!

Okay, so the other day I had my birthday.. and I have no idea what I should buy with my Birthday Money!
I have a few options that I am stuck between.. and I could use your help to finalize my decision!
My Budget is $200-300.

Option 1: A Cell Phone... If you choose this option.. let me know what kind of Phone I should Get!
Option 2: A Laptop... I will most likely be using this laptop for Minecraft and League of Legends.. If you choose this option, Let me know what kind of laptop I should get.
Option 3: My Drivers License. If you choose this option.. what license should I get.. Car or Motorcycle.

Car license.

 

If you don't have a phone get a phone. Even if you don't have friends to text or whatever it's always good for safety and keeping your parents up to date on your whereabouts.
If you already have a phone, get your driver's license. It'll take effort but it'll benefit you most long term if you think about it.
You don't actually need a laptop. It'll just distract you from more important things.

Drivers liscense! DUH. or an iphone6.

 

The only thing a license cost is about 30$ depending on the state you live in, and the time it cost to get it.
Talk with your parents if you are short of a phone, with the new plans at the new providers 200$ isn't going to get you a new iphone so you may have to downgrade a tad.

If you are old enough, I suggest you get a drivers licence since driving is more important then having a computer or cell phone.

Reasoning:
Well, Drivers License isn't tooooo important. You can always get that next year. Having a phone can show responsibility. Not only is it good for communicating WITH friends, but many safety reasons. Keeping in touch with your parents if you're out, or you are with you're friends and you forgot something. Something around those lines. Laptops aren't to big of a deal as they may sound. They are easily distracting from what is really important. Laptops are just a portable computer which aren't really needed in my opinion, nonetheless, working and traveling. But getting back on topic, a License sure it is a big deal and I leap into the late teenage years, and it may seem cool, but you can always get that another time. A Phone can be so much more any than driving... say if you got in an accident and you needed to call a emergency service, or your parents, you wouldn't have a phone to do so. So i think from what is stated my point is proven.

I think you should get your license, but you should know first that you need a car license before you can get your motorcycle license :P

A phone is awesome and all, and it's nice to keep your parents up to date, but not everyone needs a phone.

If you already have a computer it isn't worth a new one.

First of all, if your budget is $200-$300, there's going to be a lot of difficulty in getting a phone. Most current iPhones cost somewhere around $600, and the plan costs even more. They also don't sell older, cheaper models anymore. If you're only paying around $250, you won't be getting a good phone for your money's worth. That being said, if you already have a phone, then you don't need to worry about this option. If you have one, no need for a new one, after all.
A laptop that's only worth $200-$300 will be rather low-quality. Even on better laptops, I can attest to the fact that games like League and Minecraft will run with a considerable amount of lag. Don't get a laptop, especially not one that's that cheap.
A license is easily the best idea. For a limited amount of money, you gain the ability to get yourself to where you need to be, drastically increasing your sense of responsibility. It's good for maturing. That being said, if you live in a city, don't get a license because you likely won't need one.
All in all, I'd prioritize the license because the other two items would be of ridiculously low quality if you bought them with that budget. But if you live in a city and you don't already have a phone, get that instead. And don't get a laptop for that price - it'll be of very low quality if you do.
