[October Give-Away.] Fifteen US Dollars

Hello everyone, I'm here today to begin my next give-away. This give-away will take place starting today, (Friday, September 25th, 2015) and will end on Saturday, October 10th, 2015. Let's get started, shall we?

Introduction to the give-away.
I've hosted give-aways in the past and I love to give to the community, helping those acquire something that they cannot achieve themselves. There are rules to this give-away, and you must follow these rules or you will not be able to participate. Period.
Q&A

What's the budget limit? The budget limit is $15. I am donating $5 toward any staff member (with their consent), who is selected by the winner.

Example;

Player1 wins $15. On his behalf he selects @StaffMember to be given a $5 reward.

What are we allowed to request? You're allowed to request anything, as long as it fits the budget limit. This means anything that can be purchased using a CVS gift-card if bought outside of the IJAH community.

When will the winner be announced? The winner will be announced on October 10th, and the winner will be messaged privately shortly after the announcement.

Rules
Everything must have rules, regardless of what the event is. I will explain these rules as much as I can so there won't be any confusions.

If any of these rules seem too out of line, PM me and we can sort things within the conversation.

1. You cannot have more than 3 active warnings, this is in-game only.
2. You cannot participate if you have been banned within the last two months.
3. You must follow the format correctly or your comment will be deleted.
4. You're not allowed to join this raffle more than once. You're allowed to enter yourself and a friend, keep this in mind.

Format
Following this format will guarantee your entry is valid, failure to follow the format will result in the following. The format rules will not adjust, regardless of how harsh they may seem

• One verbal warning to edit your raffle, this will be your only chance to do so.
• Failure to complete the request will result in a deletion of your ticket, giving you one more chance to apply.

In-Game Username: Using your desired in-game username is required, there is a second format for entering your friend into this.
Item(s) of your desire: Obviously you need to want something in order to participate.

Total cost of your item(s): Please do not exceed the balance listed above, failure to follow this rule will result in a denial of your item(s), meaning you'll have to re-select your item(s) to fit into the total price.

Suggestions toward my give-aways: Here you're able to suggest ideas to aid my give-away so I can improve them more as I go through them.

Announcing the winner
The winner will be announced by a number/name picking system. The number depends on your reply number, this will be explained more if you seem to be confused on this.
