[Skyblock] /spawn death bug

in skyblock if you are flying on your island and do /spawn when you arrive at spawn you will take damage. i lost a whole inventory due to this

 

Here's a tip before you do spawn:
Go lower.

Though, I will try if this works. brb.

 

That happened to me all the time on my other account with the legend rank on it. The solve for this is to use /spawn only when on the ground. Personally I would just double tap space and use /spawn when I'm falling... If you can type fast.

 

When you do ./spawn you still take fall damage according to the height of which you were placed before the teleportation happened. As an example, if someone tpas you into a fall damage trap, doing ./spawn or ./home or any other forms of teleportation, you will still take fall damage. Now I'm sure this happens with fly because if you turn off fly, you're fall damage will be reset and you will be sent flying into the ground. I would suggest that you don't do ./spawn, but do ./is home, ./home (depending on where your home is set), or ./is create if you have no island.

 

Not a bug, just you taking fall damage because when you go from the islands to the shop, /fly is automatically turned off.

Solution: Stop flying / touch down on the ground before doing /spawn.

 

this happened to me too :/ Diamond Armor and enchanted tools!

 

Instead of doing /spawn, get an island, set your home above a water block. Then, when you teleport home the water block will negate fall damage.
Soultion: Make the spawnpoint out of water, so they would not die.

 

/fly is automatically turned off when transitioning between the Island world and the spawn world. Just do /spawn when on the ground.
