Yes, I think we are. I think so. I think it is partially run by everyone (reports), but the staff take the decisions.

Somewhat. I think we as a community are very unstable (e.g small things affect the community a large amount) I think a step to improving this would be trying to stop drama and rudeness between users. More than I was ~1 year ago. Kinda how it is Player reports > Helper solves OR passes it on to mods who solve it OR send it to mod+'s who then solve it OR send it to admins who then will solve it.

Do you think we are a community? Of course we are. We bicker and cooperate and laugh like a real community. Do you feel part of this community? Sometimes, but most of the time I don't think I'm that important compared to other people. How is this community run? Relating to real life, the high staff are the government and as you get lower, they're pretty much police officers, but unlike real officers, they don't get on your back as much as real officers. I guess Jerry, Harry, and Willy are the co-presidents while the admins and mod+s make up Congress. Mods and helpers are the police that get on rule-breakers and rules govern us like laws do. The forums makes up the community entirely. It literally is the land that J&H claimed to make a community in their own way. People flocked to "J&H-landia," met each other, and create things unique to themselves and for J&H.

Ever since I joined teamspeak, my bond with this server was the best experience I have had! How is this community run? Of course there are rules. They hire staff. Only people who have been here long enough of well known have a better chance of getting accepted. Your welcome.

Well , when you come on a server ( oitc or sb1 are my main ones ) and quite a few ppl recognise you and say hi , you feel like your part of the community , but i still feel like im not as important as others , which is completely fine. How is this community run ? With a good staff team and a suitable set of rules , not strict nor loose , just suitable

Definetely, weve had a lot of ups and downs in this server, but thats what makes us a community. if we didnt bicker and fight at times, we would have never learned from our mistakes and then the community would have fallen apart a long time ago. Do you feel part of this community? Yes i do. I try my best to make being in the community as Enjoyable as possible for others, like drawing comics and coming up with events :) its a lot of fun. How is this community run? The staff team and mostly the community is the thing that keeps this server well and alive. Even though our server is not very well known, I think that most of us do a lot of fun things with the server, including little get-togethers, or full on parties with the staff :) The Owners and co owners are the ones who run the server, the admins handle the staff, the mods handle the helpers, and the helpers handle the rule breakers. THats just how i see it.
Yes yes we are a community, and yes I feel like I'm a part of it because I'm on most threads, especially in the "Minecraft" discussions tab. How it's run, I think it's going pretty well. Staff pays attention to their job from what I've seen, and it appears crime is as small as it can get for a community this large. I hope this answers your questions as you would like.

Yes, and here is why if you go on this long with an amazing amount of players, and great staff team, and as well as a very processional server you are going to be a community. This is just one of the many reasons. Do you feel part of this community? Yes, I do I mean not like everyone loves me and praises after me, but I feel like I help this community, and a good amount of people like me. How is this community run? I honestly do not know only that they have a great staff team, and members, and games.
