John's Shopping thread

So, I haven't got to do one of these threads in a while, so i guess it might be fun to show off some stuff i found down in the shops! Now most of these things i just found but i didnt buy cause i wasnt really interested or they just looked rediculous, but lets take a dive in.

First up, i found this giant hunk of plastic that is the giant RID bumblebee figure.

Okay, this thing is supposed to be a giant bumblebee figure that is a One step changer, It looks rediculous, its arms or legs dont move at ALL. and the figure is hollow on the inside. and this thing is going for about 50 US dollars.

WHY!?!?!?

Just, ugh, Hasbro you cheap assholes! put out some stuff that are actually a challenge to children, this is why we have so many dumb children in the world, because they simply cant figure out one of the Advanced transformers that i collect. :L Just step up your game please, you already have combiner wars kicking off and its awesome, but these flood the markets more than the figures that i actually want.

Anyways, moving on..

Now i hope some of you guys are terraria fans out there, *cough @Perceisha cough* because today i was at toysrus and i found this set of figures for about 14.99


They all look sort of identical, but the only thing that sets them apart ids the different colored hair and the armor.
The left looks like a cross between Ron weasley and a cactus. because it looks like he has spines covering him. I wouldnt want to be an enemy when this guy comes charging at you wearing a cactus like a suit.

The next guy looks like Batman if he was blonde and if his suit looked more like a gundam.

the 3rd guy looks like one of those cheesy generic spacemen you would see in one of those little kids cartoons. but from what i read on the packaging, this is meteor armor? didnt know meteors came in these flashy colors.

and the last guy looks like a cross between an astronaut and a mage from world of warcraft. but the real term for this type of armor is Spectre armor. Like, is it ghost armor? cause i think Spectre and ghost are the same thing.

aside from how these things look wacky in my opinion, i think its still a pretty neat idea, as terraria is fueled more on imagination rather than logic like Minecraft. so you can pick one of these up at toysrus, that is if you have one nearby.

Alright next up is this thing i saw today while at my local target. Its kind of funny that this didnt have anything to do with Jerry and Harry, but i thought it looked pretty funny.


Hey look, ItsJerryandHarry themed Exercise clothes! I bet this is what @ItsJerry and @ItsHarry wear when they go out jogging, or if they ever decided to start working out. its quite hilarious that they dressed up the mannequins like this xD

Alright, the last thing i want to show you guys is this. Now i know a lot of you are pokemon fans,and i thought this was pretty neat. even though i dont really care much about pokemon anymore, I still think the pokemon designs are quite interesting, Groudon always reminded me of Godzilla because of the way he looks. and Kyogre was pretty neat too.

Pokemon R/S/E was my childhood, i played the crap out of it, and i managed to get both Groudon/Pokezilla
and i managed to get Rayquaza in Pokemon ruby.

anyways, i hope you guys got a good laugh out of this, or maybe even a little chuckle. I just wanted to make people's day a little more fun. :)

 

Spectre armor with the hood? That's a shitty combo /w a Spectre staff. The mask would've been much better.

 

but the hood comes with life steal

 

And takes away a crap ton of damage. Combine that with a slow weapon like the Spectre staff and you do virtually no damage. Razor Typhoon is probably the best pre-endgame weapon to go with that set.

Extra damage. Farming Golem works wonders with greater health potions. And with more damage, you kill things faster.

 

I'd buy the blue exercise shirt. :b
