Hmm..
I'll say a ball.
It's round and bouncy like my life, I tend to be something for someone. I had my ups and downs, the higher I go. The deeper I'll fall, but most of my falls bounces me back on the top because I was able to absorb my falls to use it as my boost to go higher. I can be used to relieve your stress or sadness, I can be violent as you use me to throw at something. Or I can be nothing, standing still in one spot.
