I don't do science anymore but according to the Internet:
We will start by conservation of momentum in horizontal direction.

Consider the ball has velocity u along the incline and the big hemisphere has velocity v in backward direction.Now let us assume that ball leaves the contact at angle θ .

So the small ball has net velocity which is the vector sum of u along the incline and v in backward direction.

1.)Momentum conservation in horizontal direction

mucosθ=(m+M)v--------1

2.)Energy conservation

mgR(1−cosθ)= 1/2Mv2+1/2m(v2+u2−2vucosθ)-----2

3.) Now comes the crucial point.

Since at the point of leaving the hemisphere the force on the hemisphere is zero and hence its an inertial frame with respect to which the ball is in circular motion at θ and velocity u along the incline.

So mu2/R=mgcosθ ------ 3

Now we have three equations and three unknowns (u,v,cosθ)

I have skipped the calculation part as its very hard and boring to type.

Finally the equation in cosθ is

3/2cosθ−1=m/(2(M+m))∗cosθ3

A cubic in cosθ For m=M it becomes

(cosθ)3−6cosθ+4=0 Solving this the only reasonable solution one get is

cosθ=3‾√−1
