Just looking back if so...

Im bored, so I guess Ill take the time to put my honest opinion in. Please note that I dont hate you, or intend to be rude. Its my honest opininion.
The first problem I see right off the bat is honesty. Your previous applications have been denied for repeated lies. Its hard to tell your telling the truth, and I already see problems with your story right now.

If you are telling the truth, and the minimum of five weeks, you would of started your application roughly around July 19th. Your application was posted the 23rd, 5 days after you started the process. I find it hard to believe that you would copy your old app because your current one is not done. That right there makes me suspicious.
However, its not my place to judge, so lets say you did actulay went with the one you posted, and continued making this one. This points to another problem: your impatient. You seem to be very eager to push applications out the door, and cant wait. This is evident by the fact that you have chosen not to wait untill your month is up to release this. You really want your advice now, and cant wait any more. That is the impression I am getting. I can tell you from my personal experience that being impatient is not a good quality for a helper, or any job that deals with the general public. Be patient is soooooooooooooooo important with jobs like this. In your previous applications you have talked about the training course. In every training course Ive taken, and I have alot, one of the principals they teach you from day one is being patient. You seem to not have that. You could say that you want our advice. And that may be, but anyone that makes an application will get tons of advice. I would also like to point out that no one has done this before, almost everyone I know has waited out there month, with out posting stuff like this.
This is my first peace of advice to you: you need to become more patient.

The other thing I would like to point out is the amount of application is the amount of content. There is such thing as overdoing an appliction. Soon, if you have not already, in school you will take a class about job skills. One the biggest units is on the application process., and a big part of that is about Resumes and cover letters. One of the key things they tell you is that employers want to have enough content to know about you, but not so much it makes them bored. One thing is you dont want to over do answers, or add questions.

All this could be simplified, or removed. Questions like this are direct questions, no story needed. A simple answer works well, and it makes your application easier to read.

I can see you are hard working, and that's great. That is something you should absolute add in to your application. However the "blood sweat tears" part seems like an embellishment, stuff like this makes you come across dramatic, something that makes many people uncomfortable. My advice is to cut back on that stuff, and make less dramatic.

When I look for apps, this is one of the things I dont like. Esentialy what your doing is telling the admin team how you will do your job. Sorry it does not work that way. As an entry level worker (Helper/moderator) you are the bottom/near bottom of the totem poll. All procedures are set in place, all you have to do is follow them. You should always keep an open mind in how you should react, because I can assure you that managers/admins/supervisiors/your boss will want you to react diffrently.
(alos I know for a fact that helpers dont have the power to /warn hackers)

Overall your application is not terriable, you have a consistent theme, and it is very polosihed. However there are somethings I noticed. What I wrote here is not all of them. Ultimiatly this your application, and you can decide how you want to take my advice.
