Telling the truth can be hard on many levels. It is always the best decision to tell the truth no matter of bad or good the situation is.

Really? Over having and address, phone number and IP? Anyone can do this with a skype resolver and a information log searcher. Not that hard. And they guy going to jail? That seems completely absurd in my opinion but whatever. It's none of my business.

And with how he found out things. With a normal skype resolver you can get an ip with a persons skype name. With an IP you can find out their basic info including phone, address, emails, names, etc. But if you wish you can go deeper with this info and find out things including texts which im guessing is what the hacker did.

It's a fucking mine craft forum. Anyone with the intellect to get someone's address and personal info won't waste their time to blackmail some random on the internet. If this is true why are you telling us and not the police? This happened before with albinobat. Said some person traced her down and showed up to her house and ended up being a lie and it just wasted a bunch of time. So please if this is true just contact the authorities and don't listen to his bullshit.
