What's a minidump? It says they aren't enabled by default. Do you have something such as that?

    Any texture packs?
    Mods?
You said you restarted minecraft, but did you delete your .minecraft?

Did you try restarting your computer?

    Did you try updating Java?

What hacks mods do you use? I was using forge once with 8-9 mods and my mine craft wouldn't start up. I found out I needed another version of OptiFine

Restart your computer and if that doesn't work then try running your Minecraft without Optifine.

Your computer must have a virus or something. Try doing a virus scan and if that doesn't work then I am out of options. :(

It doesn't have to be a virus.

Ok, basicly the "new" launcher has it's own java.
And the "old" launcher uses a desktop version of java.

    Try, deleting all of minecraft.
And go to uninstall programs, and if there is a program "minecraft" uninstall it.
Then download the "new" launcher from here:
    https://launcher.mojang.com/download/MinecraftInstaller.msi
