So this is more of a serious topic. For I while now, I've been very insecure on my weight, because it is not normal for a girl my age. Does anyone have any tips for losing weight? Anything would be highly appreciated! :)
Welp, umm. If you really want to lose weight, I suggest actually getting off the computer and take a jog for 30 minutes a day or at least five times a week. That'll help you burn some calories, I guess. Besides that, you're perfect just the way you are. I'm not kidding. Those "model" females who make you think you aren't perfect are just kidding themselves. It's proven that most problems with weight are just related to genetics. That's how it's been in my state for years. We eat a lot yet we still look the same and have around the same weight as our parents. I'm not saying that it's inevitable and that you'll remain this weight forever. It's just that you really shouldn't feel insecure about your weight.
Here are some ways to loose weight ^-^ If you have a dog, take it for a walk twice a day. If you don't have a dog, then just have a quick jog around where you live for maybe 30 minutes, like what @Konohito as said. Eat more healthy food like vegetables and fruit and try and not eat sweet food if you can. Try and go to the gym. Watch some exercise videos on youtube then exersice with them :D If you can afford it, go and buy Wii Fit unless you don't have a Wii >.< Listen, don't let others tell you what's not right about you. Everyone isn't perfect. Besides, its not the outside that makes you 'you', its the inside. And if there are people who are teasing you about your size, tell them their not perfect too or tell an adult or someone you trust to tell them to stop. But if you really want to change who you are on the outside, you can. But if its the others that are trying to change you, don't let them.
Here are some tips that work for many people. Try to avoid eating too much junk food, I just always tell myself what is the point in eating this? It's not worth it, a lil snack every once in a while is fine - but avoid eating too much. Exercise everyday, go out for a walk, run around your park, go for a jog, take your pet out for a walk (if you have one ofc) and do different things. Lift things, do some yoga, dance (some examples). Start a good diet. Once again, avoid those junk foods and food that don't help you. Okay, the taste great - but that doesn't mean you HAVE to eat it. Play a regular sport, doesn't matter if you're good at it or not just try something that keeps you active. Get active out in the sun instead of playing too much, get outside and practise a sport. Try going to the gym atleast a few times a week and start getting into that sort of routine. Watch tutorials on YouTube outside and do exactly what they do, follow-a-long and practise with the people. Be yourself, don't stress yourself out too much. Often people stress themselves out way too much and end up slacking off. Take it easy, push yourself a lil and get yourself use too your new routine. Exercise whilst listening to music that you personally like. I know that listening to music can be a good way to get you moving, especially to get your feet moving and hands working. Select some song(s) that you like and set a playlist, and listen to them whilst doing some exercise.' Set some personal goals, treat yourself when you do some exercise. For an example, if you had like a 30 minute walk/jog treat yourself with a nice movie or a good book. Or, give yourself some time to play on your computer or talk to friends. Most of all, just be yourself. You shouldn't feel weird depending on your weight, "nobody is perfect". I'm not perfect, you're not perfect none of us are. We all have our flaws. If you really feel insecure, then do something about it. I and a few others gave some really good tips, from @LouiseXminerX and @Konohito.
To lose weight, you can try a diet though not all diets as some are not recommended due to the fact that they are not good for your health. I cannot really list them as they are unknown to me, but I recommend you looking up the best diets if you wish to try the method. Try eating less and exercising more, that is one thing that will help you a lot.
Do 20+ laps everyday in a swimming pool, you can lose 2 pounds everyday if you do it intensively enough.
Swimming is a really really good calorie burner. In the summer I burn around 500 calories at night due to swimming. But that's 1 hour of intense work out, I'm not too sure you can do that without a break. I do recommend it though, for 30 minuets to an hour of easy lap swimming could be like, 50--100 calories, depending on what stroke you do.
Okay. So, about 2 years ago when I was 12, I was extremely over-weight. I am going to help you with the tips below. • Take some time off of minecraft, and forums (anything computer related/phone related) this will give you time to really get some exercise and do this outside. It may not seem like much, but overtime it will help. I am not saying you can't go on your computer. Just think of it as this.. Make a goal. If you don't go on your computer for a week, and you went outside everyday reward yourself with an hour of computer/phone activity. • Get lots of exercise. Maybe ask your mom if you can go to the gym or maybe just get a personal trainer. (This varies on age) Even going outside and walking around your neighborhood is good. Or running on the treadmill. If you are watching tv, just during the commercials do some squats. Little things like this can make a bug difference. • Diets are one of the biggest keys too losing weight. There are many, many, many types of diets out-there. Just look some up online. Or even ask a parent. • Sports. If you play sports, try to make all the practices and games. It will give you more motivation for becoming more fit. Even if you don't play a sport, play for fun with friends or sign up. It will keep you occupied and off the computer. • Last, is becoming de-stressed. Get a massage. Stress causes 75% of your weight. Try to do something that relaxes you daily. It will help you lose those pounds. Even if you have some things on your chest talk to someone. Maybe a parent, or doctor. Whatever you need.I hope this helps. Remember you don't need to starve yourself to lose weight. It is unhealthy and extremely life threatening.
What ever you do, don't starve yourself. Don't diet or exercise excessively. What you want to do is maintain a healthy diet and a regular exercise schedule, but don't over do it. Losing weight won't happen over night, but try to keep track of your progress and keep a positive body image. Good luck an stay healthy <3
As previously mentioned, don't take dangerous diets. The best diet I recommend is a Mediterranean diet. It's healthy and has lots of salads like Tabouleh. Pita bread and shawarma are healthy delicacies.
I'm fat. What I do is use the Xbox Kinect Dancing games. I also have a half hour walk a day. 1 hour on Fridays. I also eat lots of vegetables.
I cannot emphasize this enough. Over two years ago, I grew insecure about my weight. So, as a result, I engaged in what I called "forced anorexia." The medication that I already took in the morning made me lose my appetite, and I saw it as an opportunity to disregard my appetite and skip lunch. I went on and off on this, but the point is that I skipped a whoooole lot of meals. I lost about twenty pounds, then gained some back, then did a bit of a yo-yo thing for a while. Finally, I thought I looked like the ideal version of me. I was confident in myself. The problem was that doing this ruined my metabolism, mas my body became used to not having to eat much. Even now, while most teenagers my age have acquired developed metabolism so that can consume over 3000 calories a day without exercise, no sweat, I can't. If I eat over 2000, I'll gain weight quickly, and then it disappears quickly. Sure, I've found this ideal me, but I regret not going about it a different way. I don't know if my metabolism will recover quickly enough to be like those of other teens that get to eat as much as they want with no consequence. After all, one's metabolism drops off seriously after their mid-20's. tl;dr: Best of luck, I recommend getting a balanced diet with all vitamins, and you'll notice the results quickly. But do not make the mistake that I did and starve yourself. Because you'll regret it if you do.

Bachata uses lots of hips. Overall those 2 good dances from puerto rico and the dominican republic are good dances for hips and good movement
If you are overweight, it shouldn't be hard for you to lose weight. A person that is 200 pounds would lose faster then a person that is 150 pounds. Excercise on the regular and diet. DIET is the most important think for health. Thats basically it
I have been trying to lose weight so here are some tips. Try going to the gym once in a while, about every 4 days a week. Find some workout routines you can do, find some DVD's that can help you. Try to eat a good amount everyday. Healthy breakfeast, healthy lunch, healthy diner. Dessert at least once a week, not to much snacks. Look online for some good recipes that will help you lose weight. Find some fun activities to do that will get your body moving and lose weight, and you find very fun.. Take me for example. I do sports, and even dancing. Take a break off the internet. You can still use it, but I mean just go on it for a while a day, then work out. If you don't wanna go to the gym, find some youtube videos. And try not to eat too many bread.
