[Factions] Didn't take damage when painbuilding?

In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Factions
Detailed description of bug: I was raiding one of Jag's bases and they had painbuild enabled, however I didn't take any damage from breaking or placing blocks.



Once I relogged the problem was fixed, but it still happened.
(I took the video before I changed my name, that's why there is a username difference)

 

This might be off-topic, but can someone explain what painbuild is?

 

It's a setting you can change in your f perms. It allows people to break/place blocks, but they take damage for it.
