Ok, so since yesterday my laptop doesn't shut down. It simply reboots and asks me for the password again. I have tried changing the power options in the control panel but that didn't work. I've tried 4 different ways to shut it down but none of them works.
I don't know what to do so I thought I'd ask you guys for help.

Do you have WOL (Wake on lan), enabled on your network card?

Can you run this command in cmd, and post a screenshot of what it returns?:
    powercfg -lastwake

I don't know where to find that in the device manager.
If I try to run the command a new tab pops up and closes immediately

You have to run it in cmd first.
    run cmd.exe
    Then:
    powercfg -lastwake

    Yup that's what I meant.
Does it restart when it is plugged in?
