That's a good questions, as you never can, as you will eat yourself over and over again, and in a never ending lope, that's how I get it.

 

You can't eat yourself. Either someone else has to eat you as a whole. Or you can run into one of those green spiky things and you'll be split into a bunch of pieces, then everyone will be chasing after you.

You would become bigger I guess. Since you are eating yourself all would be left is a giant stomach....
