[Skyblock]- Empty Chest bug

IGN: ReecyNighshadow (its my old account, xD I failed at spelling my own user name the first time)

Game: Skyblock

Issue:
Okay SO I just bought a new island for my old account on Skyblock 1. The island I bought was Dome.
SO I create the new island and check the chest and its empty, I remove the island and make a new dome island and the chest is still empty etc.. (I removed and recreated the dome island many times), is this a bug.. or.. what?
I keep removing and re creating the island but the chest is still empty, I make a regular island (the reg. non donator one) and the chest is filled with the start off "kit" in the chest..Help?

Then I deleted the Dome island and made a regular island w/chest VVV




THEN I deleted the regular island, recreated the dome and still an empty chest..VVVVVVV

 

There is a bug with IslandWorld in which if WorldGuard is not updated or IslandWorld is not updated, it may cause empty chests, however, I am confused to which why the chest is empty for just the Dome island. Maybe the schematics file has a problem?

 

It's also empty on the Hero island.
