    So you're brother was hacked and didn't recieve his rank? that needs more explination, how was HE hacked and didn't recive the rank, it must the hacker HACKED IJ&H and canceled the purschase, that's fake

    As for the Minecon cape scam, yea that's pretty common now, some people are just deperate for accounts
