Skype help!

i received some weird messages on Skype, where the person kept telling me to video call them, I didn't. Is it possible for someone to hack me through Skype once we have shared contact details? Help please

If you are going to make a new one and if you think the old one has been comprised just request the old account to be deleted

But that's for anyone.

Find out your country and ISP,
That is it, plus your ip will have been used by thousands of others and more to come

As for deleting your Skype account, you need to contact Skype support:

Unless they have your password, and security question, etc, it should be fine.

If a user is being bothersome or unfriendly or you just don't know them, just remove and block them

it will just send you to paid for fake chat dating sites, just block and move on, phishers also use these sites, and will also spam you with emails :'(
