    I know they're not pop lol. they meant it as a joke, imo the 1975 sounds indie but that's just me. we all see things differently.

    IDK what ur talking about I actually listen to a lot of rock songs! DONT GET CONFUSED! Rock is not electrical guitars and hard punk screams. Thats Hard Rock/ Punk rock ur talking about. Rock can also be softer if u listen to songs like
