Star's Two Year Celebration (Thread 2.0) [Cancelled]

Because I made the other one way too early, and guess what? I still barely worked on the buildings the event will take place in.


Yaaay.

Anyways, just as the other thread said, this event is to celebrate the fact that I've been a member of this community for two years and all the things that have happened in that time.

I assume you guys still like it when I do this kind of thing.

The party will be in the style of a medieval/renaissance village with a few modern twists, exactly like I said in the other thread.

Sorry for the semi-bump, but I need to say this.

I'm really sorry guys, but I have ultimately decided to cancel this event.

Why? Well, for two main reasons:

1. Bar a few friends, there doesn't seem to be much interest in this event, the thread was pushed down to page 3 and the last replies are from a week ago. If I went ahead with the event I'd have to cancel Star Radio and there would only be a few people on the server just standing around with not much to do.

You could also say that I was barely interested in it, considering I worked on the buildings next to nil. I blame nobody but my own laziness on that.

2. Do I really need to have a big celebration for the fact that I've been playing on a Minecraft server for two years? A celebratory thing is fine, maybe, but a whole "party"? Nah.

If I was to add a reason number 3, it's that constantly trying to not get 2k posts until the day was killing me.

I'm sorry for the few people who were excited for this event, and know that I'll still be making a huge thread recounting the good times (and the bad times). Probably today. :)

I'm also sorry to @John_0696 and @RocWolfTheHunter , and thank them for helping me build. Sorry it was all in vain, guys. If you want to we can still finish the village and use it for something, but only if you guys want to.

Oh, and before you accuse me of like-farming or something, this event was going to be legit. Know that you can unlike posts if you want to even after a thread is locked, which it shall be now.
