Minecraft [REQ] Can someone make me a custom pack.mcmeta file?

Hey people, so I am creating a texture pack and unfortunately I am on a mac. It would help me out a lot if someone could make me a mcmeta file (which is what shows up in the description of the texture pack) that says:

}

If you could make that into a .mcmeta file and reply with a mediafire link for that file, that would be awesome! Thanks for reading!
