    Hi,


    So for the past freaking 2 hours I was not able to fucking sleep at all because of some fucking reason, and now I'm both tired and pissed and I dont know what the hell do I gotta do, I CLOSED MY EYES FOR HALF AN HOUR IN A VERY QUIET ROOM

    Put electronics as far away from you as possible. It gives you the urges to check up on your social meda, or whatever you have going on.

    Depends who are you are, but either have something going on in the background like a TV or some music, or you'll have to lay in silent. Whatever works best.

    I had this issue once. Try not to think about much, when I stayed awake for 2 hours in my bed once I was thinking of everything.

    Songs before sleep = Be 2 hours laying on bed doing nothing
    Any song no matter how the tune DOESN'T MAKE ME SLEEP, I'm really pissed I'm not gonna sleep for the next like 6 hours

    You're pissed from thinking you will sleep, but then end up not sleeping. If you don't actually think of the duration of sleep you want, or think of trying to sleep at all, eventually from doing nothing you will most likely doze off. If not, again don't think of sleep, think of something calm or do a calm activity like ones mentioned above.

    Actually no, when I'm really tired my anger just kicks in and right now, I'm thinking about what I'm typing here, my mind 100% empty

    So therefore in order to avoid thinking of the anger, you should constantly do things that keep your mind active?

    I have a sleeping issue where I just can't sleep no matter what I do. My best advice (from experience) is to find a way to relax yourself enough to sleep. One way is a calm book. You could also stretch a bit to release tension.

    Ok, so you know how in minecraft, when you can't sleep you get the message that monsters are nearby? This same thing applies in real life. There are monsters nearby, so you can't sleep.

    Anyway, some actually things I do is quietly count back from 99. I'm usually asleep by/around 50.

    This is another trick to help sleep. 7 second inhale, 8 second hold, and 4 second exhale

    Try thinking of something, anything, you fall straight to sleep with out even remembering. Don't focus on anything, just think. And try not to overthing it when trying to fall asleep. Just get get comfy.

    Well guys I almost fainted couple hours ago but managed to get a fresh 1 hour sleep and now I'm feeling better
