+1 & -1 on staff application.

From now on when I see an application, I will post my opinion and at the end I will either post a +1 or a -1.

- +1= If I post a +1 on your application it means, I like it, it is well made with enough detail and I think you fit the spot for a helper as a good, mature , and responsible helper.

- -1= If you see a -1 on your application by my this will either mean you did not provide enough information or I just don't think you fit the job.

If I give a -1 or +1 to anyone, there will always be a reason/explanation.

That's actually a cool idea. I think I may start using that when I post applications.
